The service is led by a local husband-and-wife team with decades of experience across health and care, leadership, business, and service development. Director and Registered Manager Deepa Patel is a registered nurse with over 25 years of experience in community, primary care, and hospital settings. Throughout her career, she has supported people with complex health needs, frailty, and end-of-life care, while also developing services and training care professionals. Her clinical experience provides strong leadership and reassurance for clients and their families.
The team brings a professional, compassionate, and people-focused approach to CareYourWay Harrow. Family and community are central to the team’s values, reflecting CareYourWay’s wider family ethos and belief that great care begins by understanding the individual.
