Being part of The Beeches’ care team is different from most care providers. They are a small, family-run company and have been operating for over 30 years. Everyone who works with them is an employee; they don’t use agency staff. They operate as a close-knit team, all pulling together and helping each other out.
Whether you are experienced, or new to care, The Beeches will invest in you.
What they require from you:
• A valid Driver’s Licence.
• Access to a car you will use for work (you will be driving to and from clients' houses).
• A passion to care and support others.
• Flexibility for daily shifts: 7:00am – 2pm and/or 4pm – 10pm
• Able to work on alternate weekends.
