They encourage individuals who are passionate about care to apply regardless of previous experience either on a full or part-time basis.
You will be paid for both your training and shadowing a senior member of staff at the beginning of your journey. You will also benefit from ongoing support from colleagues and office staff, including a 24/7 on call service.

Paid travel time between calls (Paid at the hourly rate)
Mileage paid at 30p per mile
Paid, for short notice cancelled calls
