Your Pay:
* Earn an average of £12.40 an hour as your basic pay.
* Any extra shifts are paid at a time and quarter overtime rate.
* They pay the full rate for your full shift so there are no unpaid gaps; if your shift starts at 7 and finishes at 3, that's 8 hours of pay.
* A full-time carer can earn over £24,400 before overtime.
* 45p a mile mileage as standard with a supplement being paid while fuel prices are high.
* Their employees score them 94% for pay and benefits on Indeed.


They offer Guaranteed Hours contracts as standard - no zero hour contracts.
