This care service involves personal care and household care management that is tailored to each service user (care plan).. Care duties will therefore include assisting the service user with a variety of duties, and in doing so the care worker will observe and respect the service user’s dignity, privacy and independence.

As a Premium Homecare support worker you will regularly train to achieve higher standards and employ the latest available techniques to keep you effective, efficient and safe at all times . Premium Homecare will encourage and support you to achieve a Health and Social Care level 3 diploma amongst many other qualifications.
Before starting work in the field You will complete you Care Certificate and receive an extensive induction and foundation training in the following subjects:
