I could not have been happier. The nurses who looked after my wife in the final weeks of her life were professional, prompt, caring and kind. I would recommend them to everybody.

Amazing carers who have brought my mother-in-law out of her shell and she was pleased with the Christmas and birthday presents and cards. Also they look after their carers better than other firms in the area.

Experience was satisfactory with staff friendly and courteous, especially my main carer. One problem was erratic timekeeping, contracted time was 8 am, but arriving much later or earlier.

Excellent company. Very professional and caring.
They struggle to get to Mum sometimes due to public transport problems, but always let Mum know if they are running late.
Vert tidy and clean.
Makes my life easier, knowing they are there.

The service has been invaluable. My parents rely on the excellent care Premium Homecare provides which makes their lives so much more comfortable. The carers are police, kind and very patient.

Very happy with the company, and very understanding and supportive towards the patient. The carers are very well trained. Would recommend it highly. They really look after Mum very well. They take their time and do not rush the job at all. Their timekeeping is very good. Overall a very good company

It is a completely new experince, having just come out from a long stay in hospital. My carer has been helpful and as punctual as she's been able to. Help is at hand, but is still only two weeks since I was discharged. I've had the opportunity to listen to what help and assistance in on offer.

After being cared for by various other agencies we finally received the correct care From Premium Homecare. The carers my mum had went above and beyond, it was peace of mind for me as I couldn't always be there but I was always informed of any issues. Mum had a lovely bond with the regular carers,
they were so lovely to her and would cheer up when she was having a bad day. I really appreciated all the hard work that they put into caring for Mum even when she was being difficult they were so caring and professional towards her.
Thank you to all who cared for her and the management who would also step in if there were staff shortages.
Everything was really appreciated by all her family.

My carer has cared for me a few times now, and on her first time looking after me I had an asthma attack we stopped doing what we were doing, washing. She helped me through my attack and stayed until my attack was over. She knows and understands my needs cares for me very well while making me feel like
a have dignity. We talk like we're friends which makes me feel relaxed and at ease.

The care that I have received from Premium Care was first class. Following a fall I had to have a four times a day care package for six weeks. All my carers were helpful, and encouraging when I felt low. They were cheerful and I looked forward to seeing them, they were the main part of helping me to
recover successfully.

The carers are so lovely, so happy and full of positive energy, they are always attending to our family members needs and always go the extra mile, there communication and updates are always so warming and you can tell just how much they care about their clients, another thing I would like to add is
how involved the management is with the clients they come out the calls and introduce themselves. Its very comforting to know that our family members are well cared and catered for when family cant always be around 24/7, I cannot recommend this company enough, each and everyone of them brings such uniqueness to the care they deliver, we are so grateful to have them as part of our lives!

Just a short note from our family to express our gratitude to you all for the wonderful service you have given us over the last four or five weeks. We were thrust into a very difficult situation with my father who seemed to have severe dementia, something his doctor has been denying for some considerable
time. This coupled with (at least for us) a totally inadequate home care package prepared on the assumption that dad was in a lot better shape than he actually was. He seems rather adept at hiding these issues for short periods of time in front of doctors and guests so I can understand how the confusion arose. However heartfelt thanks must go to the manager and staff member who has been an absolute godsend to us and my father. Their patience, versatility and skills in caring for and indeed dealing with dad, during some very taxing times has been so reassuring to us and of course to dad. Thanks to them for all the hard work, it’s very much appreciated.
