Experience was satisfactory with staff friendly and courteous, especially my main carer. One problem was erratic timekeeping, contracted time was 8 am, but arriving much later or earlier.

It is a completely new experince, having just come out from a long stay in hospital. My carer has been helpful and as punctual as she's been able to. Help is at hand, but is still only two weeks since I was discharged. I've had the opportunity to listen to what help and assistance in on offer.

My carer has cared for me a few times now, and on her first time looking after me I had an asthma attack we stopped doing what we were doing, washing. She helped me through my attack and stayed until my attack was over. She knows and understands my needs cares for me very well while making me feel like a have dignity. We talk like we're friends which makes me feel relaxed and at ease.

The care that I have received from Premium Care was first class. Following a fall I had to have a four times a day care package for six weeks. All my carers were helpful, and encouraging when I felt low. They were cheerful and I looked forward to seeing them, they were the main part of helping me to recover successfully.

Some carers have a bad press, our carer must be one in a million. Could not ask for anything better.

The carers are so lovely, so happy and full of positive energy, they are always attending to our family members needs and always go the extra mile, there communication and updates are always so warming and you can tell just how much they care about their clients, another thing I would like to add is how involved the management is with the clients they come out the calls and introduce themselves. Its very comforting to know that our family members are well cared and catered for when family cant always be around 24/7, I cannot recommend this company enough, each and everyone of them brings such uniqueness to the care they deliver, we are so grateful to have them as part of our lives!

Premium Homecare Ltd are a very professional organisation. Since my mum has gone out of hospital, they have shown a very caring attitude towards her care and nothing seems too much for them in making sure that all her needs are met. They are gradually building up my mum's confidence so she can lead as near as normal life as possible.
