Just a short note from our family to express our gratitude to you all for the wonderful service you have given us over the last four or five weeks. We were thrust into a very difficult situation with my father who seemed to have severe dementia, something his doctor has been denying for some considerable time. This coupled with (at least for us) a totally inadequate home care package prepared on the assumption that dad was in a lot better shape than he actually was. He seems rather adept at hiding these issues for short periods of time in front of doctors and guests so I can understand how the confusion arose. However heartfelt thanks must go to the manager and staff member who has been an absolute godsend to us and my father. Their patience, versatility and skills in caring for and indeed dealing with dad, during some very taxing times has been so reassuring to us and of course to dad. Thanks to them for all the hard work, it’s very much appreciated.
Many thanks for your positive feedback on Premium Homecare Ltd. However, we would not have been able to provide an excellent care service for your dad without your trust in our care workers. Also, we appreciate you and your wife for the wonderful hospitality and confidence in our care team each time we visit your dad.
It was much appreciated that my wife's carer had a great deal of experience and could therefore bring welcome advice.
Thank you for your positive feedback, much appreciated.
I have used Premium Homecare to look after my father ad he is needing more help lately. Premium Homecare are always polite and helpful and take good care of my father. Also, any questions management are always very helpful.
My uncle has been given the support he needs by Premium Homecare Ltd which will help him gain independent lively hood. They had kept the fundamental home and health care standard which really tailored to meet my uncle's needs, they have kept him away from harm, neglect and abuse. He has been treated with dignity and respect at all times. We as a family do appreciate the service my uncle is getting from Premium Homecare Ltd.
