As a BelleVie Wellbeing Support Worker, you could be Dot's helping hand, Joan's shoulder to lean on, or Maureen's bus buddy. They'll provide you with the necessary training, advice, understanding, and empathy to succeed in your role, and, if you want to get a qualification, they'll pay to put you through your NVQ to give you the relevant experience.
Like other home care providers, they offer help around the home, personal care, as well as transportation, companionship, and plenty besides! But that’s where the similarities with other providers ends. To give you an idea of what they're about, here are a few points of difference:
