Bluestar Care & Support are a family orientated, fun and supportive, Domiciliary (Home Health) care DIRECT EMPLOYER based in Crawley and covering the whole of West Sussex.
A good caregiver is someone who is kind, compassionate, caring, patient, friendly and basically just you and for the other parts, they have their very own training centre where they provide face to face training and where you can continue with your CPD and career progression with specialist training and courses. Your role as a Carer includes:
• Providing support and companionship to your clients.
• Personal care such as bathing, dressing, helping to the bathroom.
• Preparing drinks and Meals and helping them to eat if necessary.
• Administering medication.
• Accompanying the client to appointments or maybe even just for walks outside for fresh air.
• Completing care plans and notes for each visit.
• Reporting any changes in behaviour or concerns you have for a client to head office or to your line manager
