New employees who are experienced but not formally trained are given training at Induction and there is ongoing training, inhouse as well as by outsiders affiliated to Genkoo Healthcare Services.
Genkoo Healthcare believes in keeping their staff relevant and up to date with all recent research in the subject of Care and other studies that help all Care givers to be well informed about their work.
All new recruits are DBS checked prior to engagement and every twelve months thereafter to ensure that new staff are safe to Care for vulnerable clients that make up the bulk of Care work.
