The Role

We’re looking for Live-in Carers to join our dedicated team, supporting clients in their own homes. Every placement is unique—our clients need companionship, practical support, and reassurance. If you bring compassion, professionalism, and flexibility, we’ll provide the guidance and ongoing support you need to thrive.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide personal care (washing, dressing, hygiene) with dignity and respect
  • Support with household tasks such as cooking, laundry, and light cleaning
  • Offer companionship and emotional reassurance
  • Administer medication and maintain accurate care records
  • Work in accordance with individual care plans and company policies
  • At night, check in on clients and assist them 2–3 times if required

Requirements

  • Minimum 6 months of previous care experience (more experience highly valued)
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle preferred
  • Compassionate, reliable, and professional attitude
  • Ability to adapt to both standard and complex care placements
  • Right to work in the UK (no sponsorship available)
