We have an excellent opportunity for 2 Care Assistants to join our team to be based in;

  • Rushden

We have  part time opportunities available. Working usual shift patterns of the below 

  • 7am - 3pm
  • 4pm - 9pm
  • Alternative weekends

Job Description:

As a Home Care Worker, you’ll provide life-changing care and support that enables vulnerable adults of all ages to live fulfilling lives in their own homes

  • Helping service users overcome any mobility problems and other physical disabilities, including helping with the use and care of aids and personal equipment.
  • Domestic tasks such as making and changing beds, tidying rooms, light cleaning, laundry and emptying commodes.
  • Supporting service users to access and be a part of the local community, including attending appointments, events and social activities where needed.
  • Help with eating and drinking by preparing meals, snacks and drinks.
  • Support with administering medication.

Requirements:

  • Have a right to work within the UK.
  • A driving licence and access to a vehicle is essential for this role. - Needs to be able to drive a manual car
  • Experience in this role is essential. You will need to demonstrate real compassion, be an excellent communicator and problem solver, and be committed to delivering high-quality, respectful care.
