Job Summary
Community Carer
Location: Wiltshire and surrounding areas
Pay: £15.00–£15.50 per hour, plus paid travel time
and mileage
Care Needs at Home is a small, family-run home care provider. We’re looking for kind, reliable Community Carers to support people to live safely and independently in their own homes.
What you’ll do
- Help with personal care while respecting each person’s dignity and preferences
- Support with meals, daily routines and getting out into the community
- Prompt medication in line with each person’s care plan
- Offer companionship and notice and report any changes in wellbeing
- Keep clear, accurate care notes
What we’re looking for
You’ll be caring, dependable and comfortable working independently in the community. Previous care experience is welcome, but your approach to people matters just as much. You’ll need a driving licence and access to a car to travel between visits.
