We are looking for caring, compassionate and reliable Community Care Staff to join our team, supporting people to live safely, independently and with dignity in their own homes.

As a Community Care Worker, you’ll provide person-centred support tailored to each individual’s needs. This may include:

• Supporting with personal care and daily routines
• Helping with meals and household tasks
• Supporting medication where required
• Providing companionship and emotional support
• Helping people maintain their independence
• Supporting individuals to access their local community
• Building positive and trusting relationships with the people we support
