Home Care carer – Bexley

Location: Bexley, London
Pay: £13.01 – £13.15 per hour

We are looking for caring, reliable and compassionate Home Care Workers to join our team providing high-quality care and support to people in their own homes across Bexley and nearby.

The Role

As a Home Care Worker, you will support clients with their day-to-day needs while helping them remain independent and comfortable in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide person-centred care and support in clients’ homes.
• Assist with personal care, dressing and daily routines where required.
• Support with meal preparation and light household tasks.
• Assist clients with mobility and daily activities.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Support with medication in accordance with care plans and training.
• Maintain accurate care records.
• Report any changes in a client’s condition or wellbeing.
• Follow safeguarding, health and safety and infection-control procedures.

About You

• Good communicators who can build positive relationships with clients.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Previous care experience is desirable, but training can be provided for the right candidate.
