Care Worker

Are you looking for a rewarding career supporting people in their own homes? We provide compassionate, high-quality home care in Uxbridge, South Bucks, Denham, Iver, Burnham and Gerrards Cross.

You will need a full driving licence and access to your own vehicle. Previous care experience, including caring for an elderly relative, is helpful but not essential. Kindness, compassion and a genuine desire to support clients are essential. Full training and ongoing support will be provided.

The role may include early mornings and some weekends. Travel time between visits is paid, along with holiday pay. Uniforms and DBS checks are provided.

Duties include:

• Meal preparation
• Companionship
• Personal care
• Hoisting, moving and handling
• Medication administration
• Light housework

You will join a close-knit team of carers and nurses who are available to provide advice and support. Other opportunities, including administrative and live-in care roles, may also be available.

This is a permanent full-time or part-time position, offering £13.50–£15.00 per hour for 20–37.5 hours per week. Benefits include a company pension, employee discount, flexible working and a referral programme.

Home care experience of one year is required, along with fluent English and a driving licence. Sponsorship is not available.
