Overall Experience

Mum fought against the idea of having carers but MyCare managed to make it work. The management team we dealt with were sympathetic and sensitive and the carers were generally reliable, kind and friendly. Mum could be pretty challenging on bad days and to anyone who wasn't really caring so it was great to see she got on well with most of the MyCare team.

MyCare were more expensive than the default Social Services/NHS agencies but I definitely felt they were worth it and I was comfortable entrusting mum's care to them. Without the quality of care they provided mum may well have declined quicker or may not have been able to stay at home with the family.

Overall Experience

My mother has carers visiting her twice a day. The carer gives my mother her medication which has meant she can live in her own home. The carers spend time with my mother chatting with her about her day/ interests and family. This company is very beneficial to my mother. I find it easy to contact head office and speak to someone even out of hours as somebody is always available on the phone. I would recommend MyCare Home services Ltd to anyone looking for high quality and compassionate care for their loved ones.

My wife's health had deteriorated over a long period of time, and she came under the Hospice at Home care organised by the Hospice. They assigned My Care Home Services to attend to my wife four times a day, which initially was probably too much. But as her health declined more rapidly, it became a real source of comfort for me to know that help was available, and I looked forward to having caring, competent people looking after her. She became very familiar with the girls and knew quite a few of their names. They were all great.

Care and attention to my husband care was outstanding carers were very respectful and always chatted with my husband. When ever I called they would help with anything. I would use this care company again they took care of my husband and also were always checking on me to. I can only say good things about the staff and management.

My Nan is a client of My Care Home Services, she is always treated with dignity and respect. The carers treat my Nan like family, nothing is too much trouble, carers go above and beyond for my Nan. I am extremely happy with the care she is receiving and I would highly recommended this company!

My nan has been a client since December of 2023. I can't say enough how lovely the staff and carers have been to her. Many of her carers go above and beyond to make sure that she has the best experience possible. Everyone is polite and considerate. Anytime an issue has come up, the situation has always been corrected promptly. Communication is excellent. My nan has never been comfortable with strangers in her home, but many of the carers she has , have become like friends to her. It's comforting to know how at ease most of the girls make her feel. She looks forward to her favourites every time she is going to see them. You can't go wrong with this company. You can expect high standards of care and kindness with thus company.

Overall Experience
MyCare Home Services made a daily visit to my father for nearly 4 years. Their staff helped him to retain his independence in his own home.
His carers were kind and courteous and undertook a number of tasks which he would have found increasingly difficult as he got older. They helped him by keeping his flat clean and tidy, preparing his breakfast, washing up, making his bed and maintaining good standards of hygiene in the kitchen and bathroom.
They also provided companionship each day and also kept me informed if they had any concerns about his welfare.
Dad appreciated the support that they gave him and I was very pleased that he had such good care from them all.

Overall I would definitely recommend MyCare Home Services to any potential new clients.

Overall Experience

The MyCareHome team provided a daily service to my late father who suffered from Alzheimer's. Their service was first class, enabling my father to enjoy his final year in his house before moving to a Care Home. Their service was second to none and is one that I would highly recommend.

Fabulous communication and will accommodate requests at the last minute, if possible.
The carers are really lovely and treat my dad with compassion and dignity.
On occasion, we have requested extra care and this is sometimes at very late notice. My requests have always been accepted.

Nothing is too much trouble.

Carers greet us smiling, not only me but also my husband. I feel I can talk with them about anything. Management team are always helping, I can pick up the phone anytime and find them more than willing to help. I would have no hesitation to recommend them.

The carer is friendly, dedicated and a very cheerful person. My husband looks forward to his coming and looking after him. I cannot fault his service to my husband. My husband is more cheerful and looks happy when he is here to help him to do his shower and take him for a walk. I feel very safe and contented the way he looks after my husband. I hope he keeps up the good work.

Overall Experience
I employed the above company on 24th Feb 2023. I find them very helpful and polite, also very flexible. I have from time to time, I have a lot of appointments i.e hospital, dentist, domestic etc but nothing is not too much trouble for the above to arrange for me.

The carers cannot do enough for me i.e. cooking, house needs, domestic needs. So so polite and helpful. If I ever need care in the future I will definitely call them.
