The service user is a very dear friend who I have cared for for many years. The agency has provided day and night carers for around one year. I am very happy with their service. The staff are attentive, friendly and caring. The number of carers has been limited to provide consistency and familiarity. We haven't had a string of unknown people turning up to look after our stepfather, we have had a regular team that have built a good solid relationship with him. MyCare is small enough to care and keep it personal and big enough to deliver. They have been looking after our stepfather for approx nine months.

I found the professional approach to my father's care really helpful in knowing that he was being looked after by a really caring organisation, that wanted the best for him. Not just my father but seemed to care about the family and were always willing to reassure and communicate with me about my father's ongoing health issues. I was also impressed with the extra mile, like getting food during lockdown due to Covid 19. Also getting prescriptions from the chemists. I will always be in debt to the loveliness of the carers towards my father and their profound wish to want him to get better. I have no qualms in recommending this care agency.

Asif is an experienced oncology nurse who has served in NHS and Private Healthcare for more than 15 years. He is an accredited recruiter with the Recruitment and Employment Confederation ( REC), ensuring Quality Assurance according to ISO 9001: 2015 standards for Quality Management Systems.
He works alongside the Registered Manager to ensure the safety of the services and overall performance.
Cristiana Silva is our CQC Registered Manager for the regulated activity of Personal Care. She has 11 years of experience in the healthcare profession.
She is responsible for the overall management of our services. She ensures that services are delivered in a person-centred approach and that priority is given to Clients' choices, likes, dislikes and preferences. She ensures that Mycare Home Services' organisational priorities are met in accordance with the Care Quality Commission (CQC) Standards.
Monika is our CQC registered Manager for the regulated activity of personal care. She has 12 years of experience working in social care. Monika started working in social care as a care worker and has worked her way up to a management role. Monika speaks fluent Polish. Monika is responsible for the overall management of our services.

My name is David Hunt.
My background & experience is in residential and Live-in care with over 20 years. I have worked as a Deputy Manager for a mental health residential home for 8 more than 8 years. I reduced working hours due to personal commitments at home. I have been working for ambulance transport for the last 4 years. I also run a local charity football club for youths this has been my hobby for the last 11 years.
Bethany joined us originally as a carer, after being with us for 3 months she was promoted as our Care Coordinator. Bethany conducts the weekly rotas and liaises with the carers on a daily basis. Before she started her career in care, she worked with children with SEN needs for 7 years. In her free time she likes to go out for a meal and walk her dog.
Michelle has been working at MyCare for just over a year as a recruitment and compliance officer.
Her day is mainly spent speaking to applicants, experienced or not, taking them through the process until they are compliant and can go out in our community and help make a difference. It is a lot of paperwork, but I really enjoy building relationships and hope the carers can come to me for support and advice anytime.
Being a Mum to an energetic 10 years old, I don't get a lot of spare time, but I do enjoy a movie and meal out when possible.

Sue joined us in 2021 as a Client Liaison Officer. She takes pride in meeting our service users and families conducting initial assessments and building relationships.

Sue works alongside her colleagues to ensure clients receive the best quality home care services. Sue is gym enthusiastic in her free time and loves to dine and wine.
Her journey spans roles in care coordination, supervision, training, and frontline support, including end-of-life care. Naomi is known for her empathetic leadership, meticulous attention to detail, and unwavering commitment to both clients and carers. She excels in building trust, conducting thorough assessments, and creating care plans that reflect everyone’s needs and preferences.
Her qualifications include NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care, NVQ Level 3 in Customer Service, and multiple certifications in first aid, interviewing, and security awareness. Naomi’s dedication to lifelong learning and service excellence makes her an invaluable part of our team.
