We’re a long-established, locally run service supporting clients across Horsham and the surrounding RH12 and RH13 areas. Our service is growing, and we’re welcoming new carers who want meaningful work, flexible hours and a supportive environment.

What we offer:

Excellent rates of pay:

  • Monday – Friday 07:00 to 18:00 £13.00 per hour
  • Monday – Friday 18:00 to 22:00 £14.00 per hour
  • Weekends – all day £16.50 per hour
  • Bank Holidays – all day £26.00 per hour
  • Any overtime completed will be paid at the hourly rate applicable for the time of day, plus an extra £2.00 per hour
  • Travel Time Pay: £12.71 per hour
  • Mileage Pay: £0.45 per mile

 What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll help clients stay safe, comfortable and independent at home by supporting with:

  • Personal care
  • Medication
  • Meal preparation
  • Daily routines
  • Companionship
  • Light household tasks
  • Community access and appointments

Who We’re Looking For

You don’t need previous care experience — just kindness, reliability and a genuine desire to help others. We welcome people from all and we will support you with everything you need to become an exceptional Homecare Assistant.

If you do have experience, your skills will be valued from day one, with opportunities to progress into senior roles and specialist training.

You’ll need:

  • A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
  • The right to work in the UK
  • To live locally to Horsham or surrounding areas

Areas We Cover

Horsham, Southwater, Broadbridge Heath, Faygate, Mannings Heath, and surrounding RH12/RH13 communities.
