About the Role
As a Community Care Worker at LifeCome Care Limited, you will deliver high-quality, person-centered care directly in service users' homes. You will play a vital role in helping individuals maintain their independence, dignity, and quality of life within their local community.
Key Responsibilities

Assist service users with personal care tasks (bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility).

Administer or prompt medication according to care plans.

Support with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and shopping.

Provide meaningful companionship and emotional support.

Complete accurate care logs and report any health or safety changes.
Skills / Qualifications
- Requirements Compassionate
- reliable
- and patient nature. Excellent communication and listening skills. Ability to travel across the local area (a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle is preferred). Relevant NVQ/QCF Level 2 in Health and Social Care is desirable
