About the Role
As the CQC Registered Manager for our Leicester branch, you will hold legal responsibility for ensuring our care services meet and exceed all regulatory standards. You will lead, develop, and oversee all operational and clinical aspects of care delivery, fostering a culture of excellence, safety, and person-centered support.
Key Responsibilities

Act as the CQC Registered Person for the branch, maintaining full regulatory compliance and preparing for inspections.

Lead and mentor the office team, field care supervisors, and care staff to ensure high standards of care delivery.

Drive business growth, client acquisition, and manage local authority and private client relationships across Leicester.

Oversee quality assurance, clinical governance, risk assessments, and safeguarding procedures.

Manage branch budgets, key performance indicators (KPIs), and operational performance.
Skills / Qualifications
- NVQ / QCF Level 5 in Leadership and Management for Health and Social Care (or working towards). Proven experience as a CQC Registered Manager or Deputy Manager in domiciliary / community care. In-depth knowledge of CQC Key Lines of Enquiry (KLOEs) and current UK care legislation. Strong leadership
