Job Summary
The role of a Domiciliary Care Worker is to work without direct supervision in the home of the service user, providing personal, social, and domestic support in line with their individual care and support plan.
The aim of the role is to support service users to remain safely in their own homes while maintaining as much independence as possible. You will provide care in a professional, respectful, and caring manner, always ensuring dignity, privacy, and choice are maintained.

- • Providing personal care (washing • dressing • toileting • etc.) Supporting mobility and use of equipment where required Supporting service users with daily routines and activities Administering medication in line with training and policy Maintaining accurate records and reporting concerns Promoting independence • dignity and respect Working in line with safeguarding and health & safety procedures • Caring • reliable and compassionate individuals Good communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Flexibility and commitment UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
