We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Field Care Supervisor to join our home care team in Merton.
As a Field Care Supervisor, you will play an important role in ensuring customers receive safe, reliable and person-centred care in the comfort of their own homes.
Working alongside with the Care Manager, care assistants, customers and families, you will support care delivery, monitor quality standards and help maintain excellent levels of service.
This is a key role within our domiciliary care service — connecting customers, care workers and the office team to ensure every person receives care with dignity, respect and kindness.
