Part Time Care co-ordinator

Care Coordinator Required Part time (Extra hours are available working in the community)

Kind Hands Caring Services provides support for people living in their own homes in Eastbourne and surrounding areas.

We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic individual to join the office team as a care co-ordinator.

You will need to be flexible, friendly and work as a team member.

As a co-ordinator you will be a key member of our team, providing support to our clients and carers.

This role will include being part of the On Call rota and caring duties when required and working at times over a weekend if cover is needed.

Through a kind and caring approach, you will build good relationships with both clients, their families and our carers.
