Job Summary
Live-In Support Worker – Supported Living
Location: Kingston, London
Salary: £700 per week
Employment Type: Live-In (2 to 3 weeks on and 1 week off)
Organisation: Supported Living Service
We are looking for a compassionate, reliable and dedicated Live-In Support Worker to join our supported living service in Kingston, London.
The successful candidate will provide person-centred support to residents, helping them maintain their independence, dignity and quality of life in a safe and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day support to residents in accordance with their individual support plans.
- Assist with personal care and daily living activities where required.
- Encourage independence and community involvement.
- Support residents with appointments, shopping and other activities.
- Promote choice, dignity, privacy and respect at all times.
- Administer or support with medication in accordance with relevant procedures, where trained and required.
- Maintain accurate and confidential records.
- Recognise and report safeguarding concerns or changes in residents’ wellbeing.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues, families and other professionals.
- Follow all organisational policies, health and safety procedures and safeguarding requirements.
About You

- Comfortable working independently as part of a live-in arrangement.
- Previous experience in supported living, care or health and social care is desirable.

Skills / Qualifications
- The Ideal Health Care Assistant will have a positive and caring attitude with good communication skills
- reliable and trustworthy. Previous experience working in Home Care / Care homes / hospital setting is desirable but not essential.
