Job Summary

We offer flexible care and support work that allows you to choose shifts that work around your timetable. Whether you are available before or after lectures, during the day, in the evenings or at weekends, we may have opportunities to suit your availability.

Shifts can range from 1-hour care visits to up to 20 hours per week, giving you the flexibility to gain valuable work experience while continuing with your studies.

About the Role

Job Title: Student Care and Support Worker – Car Drivers

Location: Staines and surrounding areas

Hours: Part-time, flexible – up to 20 hours per week

Working Pattern: Weekdays, evenings and/or weekends, depending on your availability

As a Care and Support Worker, you will support people to live independently in their own homes and remain connected to their communities.

Your role may involve providing:

Companionship and emotional support

Personal care and support with daily routines

Assistance with household tasks

Support with shopping, appointments and community activities

Encouragement to remain independent and make choices about their lives

Support with mobility and everyday activities

Helping clients stay connected with their family, friends and local community

You will support people who may require assistance due to illness, injury, mobility or memory difficulties, chronic conditions or other circumstances that make everyday activities more challenging.

Previous care experience is desirable but not essential, as training and support will be provided.
