Registered Manager

Paramount Options Ltd is a CQC-registered homecare provider delivering high-quality, person-centred care across London. We're looking for a passionate, hands-on Registered Manager to lead our team and ensure we continue to deliver Outstanding care.

This is more than a management role. You'll be the driving force behind quality, compliance, and a team that genuinely cares.

What you'll do:

• Lead & Inspire: Manage, support and develop a team of dedicated care and office staff
• CQC & Compliance: Ensure we meet and exceed CQC standards. Lead inspections with confidence
• Quality First: Oversee care plans, risk assessments, spot checks, MARs, and safeguarding
• Growth: Support recruitment, training, and client care coordination
• Be the Face: Build relationships with clients, families, Social Services, CHC and healthcare professionals
