Pay: £13.00 – £17.00 per hour + 40p per mile mileage

About the Role
Saint Pauls Healthcare Ltd is looking for compassionate and reliable Healthcare Assistants to join our team, supporting people to live independently and comfortably in their own homes across Truro and the surrounding community.

As a Healthcare Assistant, you'll travel between clients' homes providing high-quality, person-centred care — helping people maintain their dignity, independence, and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities

• Providing personal care, including washing, dressing, and personal hygiene
• Supporting with mobility and daily living tasks
• Assisting with meal preparation and feeding
• Offering companionship, reassurance, and emotional support
• Travelling between service users' homes across the community
• Reporting any changes or concerns to your care coordinator

About You

• No previous care experience required — full training provided
• A kind, patient, and caring approach
• Reliable, flexible, and a good communicator
• Full UK driving licence required (company car available if needed)
