Support worker

Job Description:

Saint Pauls Healthcare Ltd is looking for experienced Female Support Workers to join our friendly and supportive team, supporting individuals with Learning Disabilities and Autism within Supported Living services.

We are hiring 2 staff per service in Saint Austell, Redruth, Liskeard.

Shift Patterns Available:
Night Shifts: Waking Nights.

• 21:00 – 09:00
• 22:00 – 08:00
• sleeping 2300 - 0800

Day Shifts:

• 10:00 – 18:00
• 16:00 – 21:00
• 08:00 – 22:00
• 09:00 – 21:00
• 15:00 – 21:00

Support Worker Job Requirement:
All successful applicants must have:

• A minimum of 6 months experience (UK experience only)
• Mandatory Healthcare Training (eLearning and Practical)
• Right to work in the UK ( We have no sponsorship )
• Enhanced DBS Certificate
• Full UK Driving Licence ( beneficial not required)

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care and support to residents
• Assist with daily living activities, (meal preparation, personal hygiene, and medication administration day centres.
• Keep up with records and documentation for each resident.
• Support individuals with Learning Disabilities and Autism.
