£27,000 Basic Salary + Commission & Bonus

Saint Pauls Healthcare Ltd is a growing homecare provider to private client and staffing agency supplying Nurses, Healthcare Assistants, Support Workers, and other healthcare professionals to care homes, supported living services, mental health services, across the cornwall.

As part of our continued growth, we are looking for an ambitious and motivated Recruitment Consultant to join our team and help drive the next stage of our expansion.

The Role

This is a 180 Recruitment Consultant role where you will be responsible for managing , sourcing candidates and filling client roles. ( we already got the clients.)

You will play a key role in ensuring our clients receive high-quality staffing solutions at all times.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage your recruitment desk
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients as a trusted recruitment partner.
• Source, screen, interview, and register candidates.
• Recruit high volumes of temporary to meet client demand
• Manage bookings, shift fulfilment, and short-notice staffing requests from clients.
• Deliver excellent customer service to both clients and candidates.

What We're Looking For

• Healthcare recruitment experience is desirable but not essential.
• A proven billing history and a commercially focused, results-driven mindset
• Ambitious, self-motivated, and eager to take ownership of your desk and career
