Domiciliary Care Assistant

Resilient Healthcare Ltd is looking for compassionate, reliable Care Workers to support people in their own homes. You will help service users maintain their independence, dignity and wellbeing through personalised care.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting personal care, dressing and daily routines.
• Preparing meals and encouraging adequate food and fluids.
• Providing medication support in line with care plans, training and company policy.
• Supporting safe mobility and transfers.
• Offering companionship and reassurance.
• Keeping accurate care records and reporting changes or concerns promptly.

We are looking for someone who:

• Is caring, respectful and dependable.
• Communicates well and works effectively within a team.
• Understands the importance of safeguarding and confidentiality.
• Has care experience, or a willingness to learn.
• Holds a full UK driving licence and has access to a vehicle.
