Skills / Qualifications
- Previous experience supporting young adults or individuals with complex needs is desirable
- Relevant qualifications in Health and Social Care
- NVQ or Diploma
- People who have a right attitude transferable skills and genuine willingness to learn
- Candidates must have relevant training or be willing to complete e-learning and face to face training including safeguarding health and safety first aid and any specialist training required to meet the needs of the young adults we support
- An enhanced DBS check and satisfactory references will be required in line with role and applicable regulations
- Medication/PEG trained desirable but training can be provided
- Drivers who are comfortable driving small van
