Support Worker

We are looking for compassionate, reliable and dedicated Domiciliary Care Workers to provide care and support to individuals in the comfort of their own homes.

Key Requirements:

• Previous experience in care is essential.
• A valid driving licence is required.
• Must be caring, patient, reliable and respectful.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel between clients' homes.
• A genuine passion for supporting people to maintain their independence and dignity.

Training Provided!
Full training can be provided to suitable candidates who are willing to learn and develop their skills in the care sector.

Main Duties:

• Supporting clients with personal care and daily living activities.
• Assisting with meal preparation and household tasks where required.
• Supporting clients with medication in line with training and care plans.
• Providing companionship and emotional support.
• Promoting independence, dignity and person-centred care.
