Community Care Worker

Evaris Care is recruiting compassionate and reliable Community Care Assistants in Stafford and surrounding areas to support people to live safely and independently in their own homes.

Duties include providing personal care, assisting with daily routines, preparing meals, offering companionship, supporting medication needs in line with training and care plans, and promoting dignity, choice and independence.

We offer flexible or guaranteed hours, with shifts available between 7:30am and 10:30pm, Monday to Sunday. Guaranteed-hours positions require availability on alternate weekends.

Pay starts from £25,155 FTE, with full training and career progression opportunities. Previous care experience is preferred but not essential.

Applicants must hold a valid driving licence, have access to a vehicle and be able to travel around the Stafford area.

Candidates must have the right to work in the UK. Visa sponsorship is not available.
