What Will You Be Doing?

As a Visiting Care Assistant, you'll visit clients in their own homes, providing personalised care and support that helps them live safely, comfortably and independently.

Every day brings opportunities to make a positive difference. Your responsibilities may include:

• Companionship: Providing friendly conversation, emotional support and meaningful social interaction.

• Personal Care: Supporting clients with washing, dressing, grooming and other daily routines.

• Meal Preparation: Helping clients prepare and enjoy nutritious meals.

• Medication Support: Assisting clients with medication in line with their individual care plans and your training.

• Everyday Activities: Supporting shopping, appointments and household tasks.

• Promoting Independence: Encouraging clients to maintain their confidence, dignity and independence.

Sometimes it's the smallest things, such as sharing a conversation, preparing a favourite meal or offering a reassuring smile, that make the biggest difference.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for people who are genuinely passionate about helping others and committed to delivering high-quality care.

To join our Edenbridge team, you'll need to:

• Be kind, compassionate, patient and dependable.

• Have good communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude.

• Be reliable and comfortable working independently while remaining part of a supportive team.

• Hold a valid driving licence and have access to your own car.

• Be willing and available to work alternate weekends as part of your agreed working pattern.

• Have the right to work in the UK.

No previous care experience? No problem!
