Very satisfied with Trinity care.Carers always prompt and friendly and carry out everything requested. If there is Staff illness am impressed with the quick substitution of another carer.Phone at Office always answered promptly and with a friendly and helpful manner.
The ladies that come to get my husband up and showered or washed in the morning are all very helpful. They make him laugh and he enjoys them coming. They also have a little chat with me and inform me of anything that is happening in the town.
Very nice.
The office staff are competant and efficient. The care and service provided is very good. Most importantly, the carers care. They are friendly and understanding, but practical. They appreciate my position and have given me some good advice.
Thank you very much for your kind feedback. We're so pleased to hear that you've had a positive experience and that you feel supported. Your comments will be shared with the team, and we'll continue doing our best to provide care that is both compassionate and reliable.Warm regardsTrinity Homecare Team
Staff are compassionate, and appear to understand mum, some minor issues that are frustrating for family, such as notes left that items have run out of both food and toiletries but stock clearly in cupboards, sometimes lack of feedback from office staff when you have asked to be kept updated regarding any issues.
Thanks for taking the time to share your feedback. We're really glad to hear that the team is showing compassion and understanding towards your mum - that's so important to us.We're sorry to hear about the issues you've experienced with communication and note-keeping. We understand how frustrating...
very happy with the care and service delivered The carer is doing a fantastic job and the manager and the support team have been excellent . we would very much recommend them to anyone thinking of choosing a care company.
Thank you for your review. We're really pleased to hear that you're happy with the care and support being provided. It's great to know the carer is doing a fantastic job and that you've felt well supported by the manager and the wider team.We really appreciate the recommendation - it means a lot....
My carer is top-notch and I have no criticisms of her whatsoever. She is attentive and observant of all my important needs and is only prevented from doing more by your own corporation stipulations (EG: nail cutting).
Dear P B,Thank you for your kind words and for taking the time to share your feedback again. We're so pleased to hear that your carer continues to meet your needs and provide excellent support. We appreciate your understanding around the areas where our carers are limited by policy. Please don't hesitate to let us know if there's anything else we can do to help.Warm regards,The Trinity Team
The girls that cared for my dear brother were beyond marvellous. They could humour him and get him to do things I couldn't. They treated him with respect and such kindness even if he was awkward. They would also cheer him up with their banter. They were an enormous support to me and gave me lots of advice not only in his care but any benefits I was entitled to. I could not have handled his illness without the truly wonderful ladies. What special people. I'll never forget you.
Thank you for taking the time to submit a review. I am glad we were able to support you and your brother at a time of need.
A little early in the morning but we're used to it! I can't think I need to add anything else.
I am not sure what I need to add but we pay by direct debit and the last payment was split in to two payments , which is a little confusing,
Thank you so much for taking the time to share your feedback. We're really pleased to hear that you find all our carers to be consistently good. That's exactly the standard of care we strive to deliver every day. We also appreciate your comment about the early start - and admire your understanding...
I am indebted to each and every one of them.
Thank you so much for your lovely words. I will make sure our team at Edenbridge are made aware of your review.
Mum's last 2 carers have been lovely (current one and one before) Any issues have been quickly resolved. Care plan swiftly updated with changes. Mum would like to have more time just chatting but it's hard to know if that is possible/reasonable. It would be helpful to have an outline of reasonable expectations. Mum is well cared for, always clean, well-fed etc. I have always found the carers to be polite and helpful and feel confident that she is well cared for.
Dear C P,Thank you very much for taking the time to share your kind and thoughtful feedback about your mum's care. We're so pleased to hear that her last two carers have made a positive difference and that any concerns have been promptly addressed. Ensuring consistent, compassionate, and responsive...
Excellent physical aid where necessary and good humored conversation - they laugh at my jokes.
Thank you for taking the time to write a review, we are pleased to hear that you are happy with our care and the carers are good company.

Overall we have been very pleased with the care that Mum has received. From the staff that come out to her home to the staff in the office when we have rang with queries, problems or to pay the invoice. The service has always been very good.
Best wishes
The Genuine Care Team.
The care my mother has received over the last year or more has been excellent. The Genuine carers have been kind, efficient, gentle and always so happy which makes such a difference. The timing of the three-day visits has been very suitable and at times flexible, but all good. They were extremely hard and this is very much appreciated by my mother and myself.
Best wishes. The Genuine Care Team.

Having spent 10 years as an NHS associate practitioner, Ellie brings a wealth of care experience to the Genuine team and serves as the Registered Manager for the business.
Laura began her career in care in 2017 and joined Genuine Care in 2019. Laura remained with the company throughout the transition to Trinity, which has given Laura valuable experience adapting to change while continuing to provide high-quality support to both service users and staff. Over the years, Laura's experience working closely with individuals in the community has helped me develop strong communication, leadership and problem-solving skills, which led Laura to her promotion as Field Care Supervisor in April 2026.
Laura is passionate about care work and take great pride in supporting people to remain independent, safe and comfortable in their own homes. She believes the most important aspect of care is providing truly person-centred support, understanding each individual’s needs, preferences, routines and wishes to ensure they feel respected, valued and listened to.
