Trinity Homecare Bristol have provided exemplary care for both my parents over the past 3 years. It has been a really difficult time but having the carers at Trinity alongside us has made it infinitely easier. The carers took time to get to know both my parents, providing the right care at the right
time for both of them with dignity and respect. The carers are all so kind, friendly, and interested in my parents as people. They went over and above what we asked of them, taking initiative and knowing exactly what was needed, they made both my parents' last years so much better than they could have been. I have always felt in safe hands using Trinity Homecare which is why I was so pleased that they were always able to provide extra care as and when we needed it. We couldn't have got through these past few years without them.

We needed some regular visits three times a week to help with showering and light housecleaning jobs .
The staff was so friendly, helpful and mother in law was happy with the care service she received.
I have had the most amazing support from Karen on the phone .
The service was fast from the moment
I picked up the phone to getting mother in law sorted ...
we have had to pause the service due to her having a fall and ending up in hospital care at the moment.

My mother has benefitted from live-in 24/7 care from Trinity for the last 18 months, starting after a spell in hospital. The whole process has been a positive experience, with two very professional, caring carers over that time. Her needs have been met, she has been well looked after with compassion.
The area manager is also very professional and offers a high quality service, frequently checking in with mum, visiting her and mantaining good communication with me regarding mum's care. I have no hesitation in recommending Trinity for their service.

As always our wishes were listened to, nothing was to much trouble and my dad was treated the dignity and respect. He is treated as an individual and everyone makes him feeled valued, genuinely all staff are very good at their job and care, I know that he is in safe hands.

My mother had visiting care from Trinity for some years. After a recent spell in hospital she needed a good deal of short-term extra care, which was excellent, and has now moved to live-in care. We were rather anxious, but it is working out exceptionally well, both in terms of the quality of the care
and the companionship. We're grateful to Trinity for sorting it out so quickly and easily.

My brother and I lost our mum last week. Trinity were absolutely superb in caring for mum over the fortnight we engaged them before she died, and handling difficult situations sensibly and caringly, like when mum had been unable to get herself off the floor, and her starting to get confused. We were
so thankful that mum was looked after in her own home by the team of gifted Trinity carers in the days before she passed away. Thank you.

We had 7 days of cleaning bought for us by our 2 sons at a rather difficult time
We had 3 different ladies over the time. All were very efficient 2 more than the one. They all arrived very promptly and just got on with what they were asked to do. I will certainly use the agency in future if needed.

My 93 year old Mum has been completely independent until recently. I live a couple of hours drive away so it was very important to us to get good reliable carers. Spoke to several care agencies and Trinity seemed by far the best. The manager who came to see us was very thorough in listening to Mum's
care needs and was interested in Mum as a person not just as a client.
Office staff were great - helping me set the app and adding an extra task - blood pressure readings as requested by GP .
Mum was nervous about having carers but they have all be so kind, helpful and reliable that she now looks forward to seeing them. It's like she has a whole new set of friends.
And I feel confident in leaving her in their care - I love the app. It's great to be able to see that the carer has been and that everything is OK with Mum
A couple of the carers have mention that they have found Trinity a good employer - giving them sufficient travel time between visits
I'd happily recommend Trinity to others

My brother is disabled and dependent upon full time live-in care. We have been working with Trinity over the past few months and throughout that journey they have gone to extraordinary lengths to ensure that the care he receives is outstanding. The focus has been on providing a comprehensive package
for my brother to enable him to live his life as near normal as possible. The care has been exceptional from the carers and the care manager has always been on hand to help us overcome huge challenges at times. Communication has been excellent and the manager goes the extra mile to support both my brother and myself. The carers are reliable, trustworthy and considerate to my brother at all times and they always go beyond what is expected to support him respecting his dignity and choices. Live-in carers do a remarkable job and my brother now benefits from using a small network of carers from Trinity that support him in everyway. A huge thank you to the care manager and carers.

After having a bad experience with a local care agency, I did an exhaustive search for the best agency in England and at first found country cousins, which then led me to Trinity Home care.


Upon meeting the care coordinator my apprehension began to reduce; the perfect balance between professionalism

and empathy.


As I said, I had had a bad experience with another agency, and so my guard was up; the other agency I had used sent someone into my parents who was clearly and utterly inept.


But after talking with the care coordinator, and being assured that all their employees have been trained in house, I began to finally relax with the knowledge that Dad was in good hands.


Our carer, was an absolute godsend; such a calming presence and such a lovely person, he really brought an aura of peacefulnes. He was kind, so helpful and obviously knew exactly what he was doing.


In short, words can't express how supportive and calming they both were.


I would recommend Trinity with absolute confidence to anyone.

Trinity have been looking after my Mum since she returned home after a stroke in 2021. I have always been very grateful to know that the care she receives is personalised and thoughtful. She enjoys the company of all the staff who visit her and we appreciate the opportunity to regularly review how things
are going so that we can make things work most effectively.
I have been particularly impressed how different carers have suggested ideas of how to make life easier and more comfortable stemming from their experience with other clients. They always work with the utmost respect for Mum (and her family carers) and show deep commitment and loyalty to those they work with.
The admin team are always available and have been very flexible when unforeseen events occur and appointment times have needed to be modified. Being able to use the app to see when appointments are scheduled and what has occurred is a definite plus as well.

My mum is 93 and has lived on her own for several years after dad died. I live 250 miles away and my brother is 100 miles away so we relied on neighbours who have been helpful beyond belief. It came to a point where mum needed more assistance so we approached Trinity Homecare who recommended the live-in
carer option as mum wanted to stay in the house she has lived in for nearly 40 years. The carer has developed a nice relationship with mum and it is good to know that she has regular company. It is also a relief to me that she is happy and well cared for.

We have been incredibly fortunate to have Trinity Homecare look after Dad. The carers are excellent and look after him with great care. At times of illness, the carers have gone above and beyond sitting with Dad for hours and nursing him. The Manager is always available if we need any assistance and
visits often to check Dad is happy. Trinity Homecare have without doubt enriched Dad's life.

The care staff are punctual, consistent and reliable. They are very willing to support my parents with appropriate activities and equally happy to support them emotionally by befriending them.
The office staff are professional, listen well and responsive to issues when (and if they arise).
It is
