Charlotte is the most incredibly thorough, helpful and caring Care Manager - she is full of helpful ideas and experience. Frances has worked her socks off with gentle, calm, kind and excellent care practices whilst keeping me fully informed on a daily basis. i am hugely grateful to them both.

Trinity carers enabled dad to remain in the familiar surrounding of his own home close to family for longer than we had imagined would be possible. Live in care was delivered in a very adaptive, person centred way. We especially appreciated the dedicated care, love & kindness provided by dad's most regular carer who knew & anticipated dad's needs exceptionally well. Overall a very positive experience for dad and the whole family.

Trinity Home Care have been providing care and help for my mother, 97and until now living in a retirement flat, over the last 2½ years. We started with a weekly visit to assist with household tasks, then moved onto weekday visits including lunch and ending up with daily visits where my mother's changing care needs were attended to. During this time, the quality of care has been very good and the management team have shown adaptability and flexibility in ensuring the right level is provided. They have also been in touch where necessary including where individual carers have alerted them to specific problems requiring attention. My mother is now moving into a care home where 24-hour assistance is on hand. However, the fact that she has been able to continue to live independently for so long is in large part attributable to the standard of care we have been afforded by the team at Trinity.

My cousin came home after a long stay in hospital and Trinity have coped very well with a difficult situation. We are working together to tailor the support he needs and the support staff have been excellent being both receptive and proactive as needed. The carers have been kind and supportive.

In the last weeks of my mother's life we needed to employ a live in carer from Trinity. She immediately formed a strong bond with the visiting team, and together they provided the best possible support to my mother and us as a family at the end of her life. Based on our extensive experience with Trinity Homecare, and with other care agencies, I would strongly recommend Trinity Homecare.

From the moment Rebecca came to assess Mum in January of this year, I knew I had chosen the right agency. She was so friendly, clear and professional I immediately warmed to her. She explained things carefully to my Mum, who was reluctant to have help. All the carers who came were very respectful, kind and always on time. Mum has Alzheimer's and gets confused at times but they were very patient with her. They helped with some housework and prepped some meals but more importantly, they were there for her. I cannot thank them enough, and would highly recommend Trinity to anyone considering home care.

We were away for the weekend and my father had a fall at home. The carers called an ambulance to get him back into bed and a cut on his arm from a previous fall had become infected and they sorted out getting his antibiotics from the chemist (twice as the first ones were wrong) and reassured me that my father was well in himself. The carers always go above and beyond and we think they are all great and treat my father wonderfully and always with respect and dignity.

The kind experienced carers they sent helped with Mum's new care needs, as I knew they would, leaving both Mum and I relieved and reassured.

The office staff at Trinity are always available and extremely helpful when needed and their continued support is invaluable.

Should I need further support in the future I will have no hesitation in contacting Trinity to ask them to supply it.

The care and support my Mum and Dad receive is superb, it's comforting to know both are in safe hands. The Care Managers are excellent, easy to contact, incredibly helpful and very attentive. The documentation and service plan is thorough, well put together and adhered to by all the carers who visit my Mum and Dad daily. I would highly recommend Trinity Homecare in a heartbeat!

Having the carers here allowed me some time to go out shopping etc and I was confident leaving my husband in their care

My aunt and I would definitely recommend them very highly.

The ladies that come to get my husband up and showered or washed in the morning are all very helpful. They make him laugh and he enjoys them coming. They also have a little chat with me and inform me of anything that is happening in the town.
