I called Trinity Care following my elderly husbands's discharge from hospital after breaking his hip in a fall
They were very helpful in arranging for an assessment of my needs and I quickly had a care plan in place
The carers who supported us arrived promptly and all were competent though some
better than others,but all were very kind and sympathetic
Having the carers here allowed me some time to go out shopping etc and I was confident leaving my husband in their care

My aunt has been having carers from Trinity for several months and she is full of praise for them all. They are friendly, reliable and of course very helpful. The local branch management team are also excellent with a positive, caring, flexible approach. They use their initiative with problem-solving,
which is great. There are some care companies who do not cover her area, being rural, but we are both so pleased Trinity are happy to!
My aunt and I would definitely recommend them very highly.

From inception to date, I have found all Trinity staff with whom I have come into contact to be friendly, helpful and efficient, whether at the Eastbourne office, via telephone, email or home visits. The app is also a great way to keep track of care given to my mother.

My husband is the client, and we have found that the staff in the office are always extremely, friendly and helpful. The Carers are respectful both of my husband and of our home; they chat with him and treat him with the care he deserves.
I too receive and have a good relationship with the office
and the Carers.

The staff at Trinity Homecare continue to give a great service for my 87 year old Father. He is very active so only requires three one hour visits a week but these enable him to start his day with the extra energy he needs (and a smile). The staff are well trained and adapt to the daily requirements
for my Father, wether helping to dress on bad days, preparing breakfast, some cleaning or just getting him started.

My mum has this care company and my dad before he passed had the same care company, I have nothing but praise and love for every single girl that has looked after my parents for the last 2 years, they are truly amazing, kind, caring and very understanding of the needs of my parents. I know if they are
worried about mum they will contact me immediately which allows me to do my daily jobs before I go see her. This is by far the best company for care, I know if I have a worry or problem I can contact them and they will help me in any way they can. I would highly recommend them and would like to say a very big thank you to all the girls for your kindness and care you are all stars and my dad loved you all (even telling them every time they left) and I know my mum adores you all too as I do. My father urgently needed in home care and a friend of the family recommended Trinity. As we were new to this service our family were a little anxious. However, right from the very first meeting we had Trinity were super attentive, professional and rapid in providing peace of mind and care resources
to support my fathers needs.
The care team were all wonderful caring and friendly people building a very good and trusting rapport with my father, treating him with great dignity too. As his care needs changed, Trinity's Management Team and Carers were agile in stepping up to support my fathers needs. I cannot speak highly enough about Trinity, our family are so grateful for their wonderful work.

For Mum who is 93 and housebound its far more than personal care and support, its company, someone different to talk to and hear about their families etc. Mum very much looks forward to their visits each day.

The team are very professional and conscientious, they highlight problems quickly to the management who then advise and suggest solutions to the appropriate people, they communicate well with other types of professional carers such as the doctor and social services, they respond promptly to my suggestions
and queries, and they manage my friend the client's eccentricities very patiently. Just as importantly, they are kind: my friend the client likes them, and he's a grump!

Trinity Homecare Bristol have provided exemplary care for both my parents over the past 3 years. It has been a really difficult time but having the carers at Trinity alongside us has made it infinitely easier. The carers took time to get to know both my parents, providing the right care at the right
time for both of them with dignity and respect. The carers are all so kind, friendly, and interested in my parents as people. They went over and above what we asked of them, taking initiative and knowing exactly what was needed, they made both my parents' last years so much better than they could have been. I have always felt in safe hands using Trinity Homecare which is why I was so pleased that they were always able to provide extra care as and when we needed it. We couldn't have got through these past few years without them.
