We were away for the weekend and my father had a fall at home. The carers called an ambulance to get him back into bed and a cut on his arm from a previous fall had become infected and they sorted out getting his antibiotics from the chemist (twice as the first ones were wrong) and reassured me that my father was well in himself. The carers always go above and beyond and we think they are all great and treat my father wonderfully and always with respect and dignity.

The kind experienced carers they sent helped with Mum's new care needs, as I knew they would, leaving both Mum and I relieved and reassured.

The office staff at Trinity are always available and extremely helpful when needed and their continued support is invaluable.

The care and support my Mum and Dad receive is superb, it's comforting to know both are in safe hands. The Care Managers are excellent, easy to contact, incredibly helpful and very attentive. The documentation and service plan is thorough, well put together and adhered to by all the carers who visit my Mum and Dad daily. I would highly recommend Trinity Homecare in a heartbeat!

Having the carers here allowed me some time to go out shopping etc and I was confident leaving my husband in their care

The ladies that come to get my husband up and showered or washed in the morning are all very helpful. They make him laugh and he enjoys them coming. They also have a little chat with me and inform me of anything that is happening in the town.

My experience of the Trinity Homecare package has resulting in a profound and most beneficial effect on my lifestyle. Being fiercely independent, they have monitored my capabilities and kept a discrete watch on my health. The care staff are professional and cheerful in their demeaner, always on hand to help and advise. I welcome their presence and companionship and take comfort knowing that I'm in safe hands.

I have been using Trinity Homecare Bristol branch in Westbury on Trym for the last year roughly. Extremely efficient and kind and caring. The carers have been of a high standard and empathetic with my sister. They have put her first. We have only left as my sister has had to go into care.

The staff at Trinity Homecare continue to give a great service for my 87 year old Father. He is very active so only requires three one hour visits a week but these enable him to start his day with the extra energy he needs (and a smile). The staff are well trained and adapt to the daily requirements for my Father, wether helping to dress on bad days, preparing breakfast, some cleaning or just getting him started.

My mum has this care company and my dad before he passed had the same care company, I have nothing but praise and love for every single girl that has looked after my parents for the last 2 years, they are truly amazing, kind, caring and very understanding of the needs of my parents. I know if they are worried about mum they will contact me immediately which allows me to do my daily jobs before I go see her. This is by far the best company for care, I know if I have a worry or problem I can contact them and they will help me in any way they can. I would highly recommend them and would like to say a very big thank you to all the girls for your kindness and care you are all stars and my dad loved you all (even telling them every time they left) and I know my mum adores you all too as I do. The care team were all wonderful caring and friendly people building a very good and trusting rapport with my father, treating him with great dignity too. As his care needs changed, Trinity's Management Team and Carers were agile in stepping up to support my fathers needs. I cannot speak highly enough about Trinity, our family are so grateful for their wonderful work.
