Trinity carers enabled dad to remain in the familiar surrounding of his own home close to family for longer than we had imagined would be possible. Live in care was delivered in a very adaptive, person centred way. We especially appreciated the dedicated care, love & kindness provided by dad's most regular carer who knew & anticipated dad's needs exceptionally well. Overall a very positive experience for dad and the whole family.

My cousin came home after a long stay in hospital and Trinity have coped very well with a difficult situation. We are working together to tailor the support he needs and the support staff have been excellent being both receptive and proactive as needed. The carers have been kind and supportive.

From the moment Rebecca came to assess Mum in January of this year, I knew I had chosen the right agency. She was so friendly, clear and professional I immediately warmed to her. She explained things carefully to my Mum, who was reluctant to have help. All the carers who came were very respectful, kind and always on time. Mum has Alzheimer's and gets confused at times but they were very patient with her. They helped with some housework and prepped some meals but more importantly, they were there for her. I cannot thank them enough, and would highly recommend Trinity to anyone considering home care.

My mother has benefitted from live-in 24/7 care from Trinity for the last 18 months, starting after a spell in hospital. The whole process has been a positive experience, with two very professional, caring carers over that time. Her needs have been met, she has been well looked after with compassion. The area manager is also very professional and offers a high quality service, frequently checking in with mum, visiting her and mantaining good communication with me regarding mum's care. My mother had visiting care from Trinity for some years. After a recent spell in hospital she needed a good deal of short-term extra care, which was excellent, and has now moved to live-in care. My brother is disabled and dependent upon full time live-in care. We have been working with Trinity over the past few months and throughout that journey they have gone to extraordinary lengths to ensure that the care he receives is outstanding. The focus has been on providing a comprehensive package for my brother to enable him to live his life as near normal as possible. The care has been exceptional from the carers and the care manager has always been on hand to help us overcome huge challenges at times. Communication has been excellent and the manager goes the extra mile to support both my brother and myself. The carers are reliable, trustworthy and considerate to my brother at all times and they always go beyond what is expected to support him respecting his dignity and choices. Live-in carers do a remarkable job and my brother now benefits from using a small network of carers from Trinity that support him in everyway. A huge thank you to the care manager and carers.

My mum is 93 and has lived on her own for several years after dad died. I live 250 miles away and my brother is 100 miles away so we relied on neighbours who have been helpful beyond belief. It came to a point where mum needed more assistance so we approached Trinity Homecare who recommended the live-in carer option as mum wanted to stay in the house she has lived in for nearly 40 years. The carer has developed a nice relationship with mum and it is good to know that she has regular company. It is also a relief to me that she is happy and well cared for.
