I am very happy with the quality of care my father receives from the team. The carers are kind, considerate and put my father at his ease. He appreciates their assistance, their concern for his dignity and welfare and enjoys their company.
The carers and the office staff are always so very helpful.
It has made life easier knowing he is well looked after by such a great team.

The care given by my mother's carers at Nowton Court is excellent and has been since she started receiving this care some time ago. The managers and the carers are all very kind, able and understanding of my mother's needs and she is clearly fond of all of them. Everything possible is done to ensure
that my mother is comfortable and happy, thus giving her the best possible quality of life. When visiting my mother it is clear that my mother enjoys her life there and enjoys the laughter and light-hearted conversations between her and her carers. Communication between the carers and those close to my mother is very good, which is important to me and others close to her. In short, all those who are close to her know that she is in good hands and I would like to thank all those involved in her care.

The service provided is excellent.
The team are caring, thoughtful and supportive. Led by an amazing manager who is always willing to help. Everyone is "in tune" with my mum's needs at all times. They are able to care for her with patience and understanding, even when she is awkward!
Phone calls about
her are not limited to office hours and they are always willing to help any other outside services-including doctors, paramedics and the staff at Nowton Court where she lives.

From the initial meeting with Berkeley managers, we knew that they were to provide our parents with the best care. Their professionalism, warmth, and attention did not go unnoticed and they continued to constantly go above and beyond to provide excellent care for the changing needs of our parents.
Having not used care companies previously, but with our parent's health deteriorating our priority was that the needs of our parents were met and we could be reassured they were looked after and cared for. Not only have Berkeley staff ensured this, but they also provided some companionship to our mum and tailored care during an extremely difficult time. Their dedicated support and care have given peace of mind to our family and we are hugely grateful for their continued involvement. Highly recommended to other families looking for a home care service.

My dad had another care company but it wasn’t very good so we went to Berkeley. All I can say is after they had been my dad smiled for the first time in a long time, he had been fully bedbathed, shaved, everything and he said it felt so nice, bless him. I can’t fault the carers who have visited, nothing
was too much trouble. They are so caring and kind in everything they do. They are tidy, well presented and don’t leave any mess. Thank you so much Berkeley Care for taking such good care of my dad.

We have been using Berkeley Home Health for over 4 years firstly for my older brother who has autism and learning disabilities and last year for my elderly step-father. I contacted the local manager back in December 2023 after my elderly mother had a fall and we needed help caring for her. The manager
and the admin team have been amazing and so very supportive. All the carers who come to each of the family members whether they are the regular carers for my brother and step-father or new faces we are meeting to help my mum – every single person has been kind, caring and compassionate and always goes out of their way to help and make life easier for all. I can’t thank the manager and the whole team enough for their help and support when we so desperately needed it.
I would highly recommend this agency for the care, compassion and support they give the client but also for recognising and understanding the stress and worry and giving support to the rest of the family.

The office team understand our needs and requests. We have a regular pool of excellent experienced carers who often go beyond their remit as they are compassionate, and it's not just a job. Particularly when we go away, we are confident Mum will be well looked after.

This care agency helped us over a difficult time transferring from another care agency after my mother had been hospitalised and put in a care home by social services. Since we got my mother home I have been very happy with the care this agency has been providing. Whenever I require their support, they
always try their best to accommodate my mother's needs. The carers have always treated my mother very well and are patient with her dementia. They are kind and supportive of her needs whether to do with washing, eating, getting dressed or hospital/surgery appointments. The staff at the office and the carers are friendly and helpful and do their best to keep us informed of medical, supply issues etc. I would definitely recommend this agency.

She is responsible for ensuring her clients receive high-quality visiting care at home from well-trained and supported carers. Karen started her career in business, having completed her AAT Accountancy and NVQ in Business, but left her role to provide care to her father who had cancer of the oesophagus for 6 years. Having helped support her father to the end of his life, ignited a passion in Karen to care for and support others. Karen then joined a local domiciliary care company as a carer, later being promoted to a field care supervisor and care co-ordinator, later becoming Care Manager of their Bury St Edmonds branch.
