Trinity Homecare - East of England

We were away for the weekend and my father had a fall at home. The carers called an ambulance to get him back into bed and a cut on his arm from a previous fall had become infected and they sorted out getting his antibiotics from the chemist (twice as the first ones were wrong) and reassured me that my father was well in himself. The carers always go above and beyond and we think they are all great and treat my father wonderfully and always with respect and dignity.

The office staff at Trinity are always available and extremely helpful when needed and their continued support is invaluable.

My mum has this care company and my dad before he passed had the same care company, I have nothing but praise and love for every single girl that has looked after my parents for the last 2 years, they are truly amazing, kind, caring and very understanding of the needs of my parents. I know if they are worried about mum they will contact me immediately which allows me to do my daily jobs before I go see her. This is by far the best company for care, I know if I have a worry or problem I can contact them and they will help me in any way they can. I would highly recommend them and would like to say a very big thank you to all the girls for your kindness and care you are all stars and my dad loved you all (even telling them every time they left) and I know my mum adores you all too as I do. My brother and I lost our mum last week. Trinity were absolutely superb in caring for mum over the fortnight we engaged them before she died, and handling difficult situations sensibly and caringly, like when mum had been unable to get herself off the floor, and her starting to get confused. We were so thankful that mum was looked after in her own home by the team of gifted Trinity carers in the days before she passed away. Thank you.

The carers and the office staff are always so very helpful. It has made life easier knowing he is well looked after by such a great team.

The care given by my mother's carers at Nowton Court is excellent and has been since she started receiving this care some time ago. The managers and the carers are all very kind, able and understanding of my mother's needs and she is clearly fond of all of them. Everything possible is done to ensure that my mother is comfortable and happy, thus giving her the best possible quality of life. When visiting my mother it is clear that my mother enjoys her life there and enjoys the laughter and light-hearted conversations between her and her carers. Communication between the carers and those close to my mother is very good, which is important to me and others close to her. In short, all those who are close to her know that she is in good hands and I would like to thank all those involved in her care.

I am happy with all the team, all of the girls are lovely. I am grateful for everything they do. The service has been excellent, I have my regular carers who come to see me. I would Highly recommend Trinity to anyone.

We are very grateful to all at Berkeley Home Health for the support they give to our father in enabling him to continue living in his own home. We have a regular pool of exceptional and experienced carers who are kind, compassionate and responsible, ensuring that our father is treated with warmth, dignity and respect as if he was a member of their own family - we cannot thank them enough for the professional way in which they undertake their duties. Berkeley Home Health and their carers have been able to adapt to our father's changing circumstances as required and routinely go above and beyond. From the initial meeting with Berkeley managers, we knew that they were to provide our parents with the best care. Their professionalism, warmth, and attention did not go unnoticed and they continued to constantly go above and beyond to provide excellent care for the changing needs of our parents. Having not used care companies previously, but with our parent's health deteriorating our priority was that the needs of our parents were met and we could be reassured they were looked after and cared for. Not only have Berkeley staff ensured this, but they also provided some companionship to our mum and tailored care during an extremely difficult time. Their dedicated support and care have given peace of mind to our family and we are hugely grateful for their continued involvement. The office team understand our needs and requests. We have a regular pool of excellent experienced carers who often go beyond their remit as they are compassionate, and it's not just a job. Particularly when we go away, we are confident Mum will be well looked after.

This care agency helped us over a difficult time transferring from another care agency after my mother had been hospitalised and put in a care home by social services. Since we got my mother home I have been very happy with the care this agency has been providing. Whenever I require their support, they always try their best to accommodate my mother's needs. The carers have always treated my mother very well and are patient with her dementia. They are kind and supportive of her needs whether to do with washing, eating, getting dressed or hospital/surgery appointments. The staff at the office and the carers are friendly and helpful and do their best to keep us informed of medical, supply issues etc. I would definitely recommend this agency.
