After a recent hospital visit she needed a bit of extra care for a few weeks. I popped into the office at lunchtime quite stressed by what had happened at the hospital but the office staff were very reassuring and arranged for extra care to start that evening!
The kind experienced carers they sent helped with Mum's new care needs, as I knew they would, leaving both Mum and I relieved and reassured.
Thank you so much for your kind words and trust in Trinity. We're delighted to hear that our carers and office team have been able to support your mum and provide reassurance when you needed it most. Your feedback means a great deal to the whole team.
My aunt and I would definitely recommend them very highly.
Thank you so much for your kind words we really do appreciate them and will pass this on to our amazing team.
From inception to date, I have found all Trinity staff with whom I have come into contact to be friendly, helpful and efficient, whether at the Eastbourne office, via telephone, email or home visits. The app is also a great way to keep track of care given to my mother.
Thank you for your kind words of support we really do appreciate all feedback, we will pass this on to our amazing teams
I too receive and have a good relationship with the office and the Carers.
We wouldn't hesitate in recommending Trinity Homecare
Thank you for your kind words of support we really do appreciate all feedback, we will pass this on to our amazing teams.
The staff at Trinity Homecare continue to give a great service for my 87 year old Father. He is very active so only requires three one hour visits a week but these enable him to start his day with the extra energy he needs (and a smile). The staff are well trained and adapt to the daily requirements for my Father, wether helping to dress on bad days, preparing breakfast, some cleaning or just getting him started.
Thank you for your kind words we really appreciate them and will cascade down to the team.
We have been with the company for a long time now and they always show consistent, very professional and very considerate care. Thank you so much for your reliable service which means I know my mother is always looked after to a very high standard.
We're really pleased to hear that your mother continues to receive such consistent and professional care, and that you feel confident she is always looked after to a high standard. Your comments mean a great deal to our care and management teams.
Thank you for your continued trust in Trinity Homecare.
We are very happy with the care given. Right from the beginning onwards we have felt very comfortable with the care to my mother in law - the staff are all very caring. There is always someone at the end of the phone and someone who can answer our questions and we have been given good advice. My mother in law told us that she likes everyone who has visited her and works with them to make her life easier.
Thank you so much for your review we really do appreciate your feed back. Kind regards Marie
I have recently changed care companies to Trinity and my mother receives care seven days a week. I have been very pleased with the care my mother is receiving and I would totally recommend Trinity to anyone who needed care in their own home.
Thank you so much for your kind words. We will pass this on to the care team.
She really looks forward to there visits and care.
We would really stuck without the cares ,as we are abroad.
Thank you
Thank you for your review, mum is a pleasure to look after and she always looks forward to the carers visiting. Mum also looks forward to any events we have at the office that she attends.
From the beginning, their team took the time to understand our father's needs not just medically, but emotionally and socially as well. The carers who visit him aren't just professionals; they've become trusted companions. They bring warmth, patience, and genuine friendship into his life, which has lifted his spirits.
The personal care they provide is respectful, attentive, and always delivered with dignity. Whether it's helping with daily routines, preparing meals, or simply sitting with him for a chat and a cup of tea, the carers treat him as a person first not just a patient. Their consistency and reliability have also given our family much-needed peace of mind.
We are incredibly grateful for the professionalism, compassion, and dedication. They don't just provide care they provide comfort, respect, and real human connection. We couldn't recommend them more highly.
Thank you so much for your kind words we are pleased that the care is going so well and the team are working well and dad has responded well to them.
My family have been thrilled by the excellent quality of care Trinity Home Care - Sussex have provided for my mother. In particular the care manager, who was the first person we met. She helped coordinate the care my mother needed. She was quick to reassure us and ensured she listened to my mother so she got exactly the care she wanted and needed. Huge praise must also go to the carer, the lady who actually goes to my mother's home. I think the biggest compliment I can give her is that Mum recently told me that she cleans the home as well as Mum did when she was able to do it herself! I assure you it doesn't get better than that!! I'd thoroughly recommend Trinity Home Care - Sussex. When the family all lives so far away from my mother it's reassuring to know she is being so well looked after.
Thank you so much for your kind words we really do appreciate them, We will pass on these on to the team.
Dad was discharged from hospital on March 12th. We already had some carers that we had been using for several years but Dad was now going to be bed bound and needed more frequent visits than previously. I asked Trinity to asses him whilst still in hospital which they did and the final question he was asked was what was his goal he replied " to get home and pop my clogs". So Dad came home with double up visits provided by Trinity. His team of carers were all excellent and if a new carer started they were always with somebody Dad had met before so he was never alone with strangers. Being a retired nurse my standards of care are high and I was delighted to witness the way they all treated Dad with respect and kindness at all times, any concerns regarding Dad were always reported to me so I could deal with them. Dad passed away on May 4th but I know we managed to achieve his goal. The kindness I received from them all was truly appreciated at such a sad time and I can not thank them enough
Thank you so much for your kind words, Dad was such a pleasure to look after. We will pass your kind words on to the team.
Very professional company who have helped us so much with very friendly, caring and knowledgeable staff. It is so reassuring to know they are visiting daily with compassion. We would highly recommend.
Thankyou so much for your kind words, we welcome all feed back. We will pass this on to the team.
Very helpful when I went into the office - mum (90) felt at ease and said what lovely ladies they were. Gave me peace of mind so I could enjoy my weekend away. Prices are reasonable - the company is easy to deal with and very helpful even at short notice.
Thank you so much for your kind words! We're truly grateful for your appreciation and are thrilled to hear that our carers and office management are meeting your expectations. Best wishes, The Everycare East Sussex Team
Everycare were quick to supply live-in carers when our mother had a sudden medical crisis recently and have been flexible and thoughtful with adjustments to her care in the weeks that followed. The office staff are always helpful and responsive and the carers who visit are kind and willing to help in any way they can.
Thank you for your kind review, we will feed back to the team your kind words.
The office staff are thoughtful and genuine nothing is too much trouble whenever I ring no matter the time of day, in fact I enjoy chatting to them and having a few giggles. When things are a little overwhelming laughter is undoubtedly the best medicine.
Thank you so much for your kind words, will pass you comments on to our care team.
I am very happy with my carers and I don't know how I would manage without them.
Its a pleasure visiting you, the carers enjoy coming to see you.
Since commencing with Everycare my father's care has improved dramatically, following a period of very poor and unsatisfactory care with a previous provider. A small team of regular carers all treat my father with the utmost care and respect, are warm, kind, friendly and exemplary in all their tasks. I never have to question any of their actions, they all seem extremely well-trained and there is absolutely nothing to complain about. Both my father and I are extremely happy with the service provided by Everycare.
Thank you so much for your kind words, we really do appreciate them. Your dad is a pleasure to look after.
The staff at Everycare are thoughtful, professional and kind. My mum looks forward to their daily visits. I find the timesheet really helpful as Mum then knows who to expect and when. There is real continuity of care. I would highly recommend the service.
Thank you so much for your kind words, Mum is a real delight to visit and the carers really enjoy visiting her.
We have just started with Everycare. They have gone above and beyond for us so far. We are looking forward to a great working relationship with them. They have a great family feeling that they have bought with them to ease the transition.
Thank you very much for your review, we value your opinions and will pass on to the team, thank you so much.
