I have been extremely impressed by all of the staff in office and carers. I have had nothing but good feedback from my client - Every carer has been so friendly and kind and always full of the joys (in her words). Personally, I have noticed a huge difference around the home and the care given to her.

I could not have managed the past six months without the girls from Everycare. It's been physically and emotionally demanding time and both myself and my mum have had every support possible.
Everything has been made so easy. Just a phone call to adapt and adjust as mum's care evolved and her situation
changed. Always cheerful and extremely professional - very kind and caring. Observant for things that need Dr attention. Great at getting a giggle out of mum. Absolute angels.

Having come out of hospital after breaking my ankle. I was unable to do anything for myself (activities of daily living). Everycare carers came in everyday to do the essentials and were always on time and very efficient. Not only did they help me back on to my feet again but also cheered me up on a
daily basis making the whole ordeal less traumatic than it could have been. Thank you Everycare Eastbourne.

Everycare Eastbourne was highly recommended to me by a rehabilitation centre as the best care agency in Eastbourne, where my 101-year-old aunt had been recuperating since the beginning of August 2016 until her passing in May 2017. The management and all the carers have been extremely carefully and well
selected, highly trained, professional, totally reliable, trustworthy, punctual and very loving and caring. My late aunt called them all 'her lovely girls' and wished to return home and be cared for by them in her final days. Throughout the past ten months, I have had dealings with a number of other local care agencies and I can honestly say that Everycare was head and shoulders above all others, always adapting to my aunts changing needs. I would unhesitatingly recommend Everycare Eastbourne to any other family whose loved one wishes to remain in their own home but needs help and support to be able to do so.

My elderly mother for the past 4 years plus has been looked after by everyone. They have tailored her needs to her changing situation with ease - also anticipated what she needs - like a trip out or a chat. As I live away, they have been wonderful supporting her and the care has been great which has
helped me as I cannot be with her. She loves them and calls them her girls! I would highly recommend this agency if you have a care need in your family.

Everycare was the second agency I employed in Eastbourne. The first, for 4 months, kept changing the carers, were frequently late and sometimes did not seem to have much experience. But Everycare were brilliant: the same two carers arrived on the dot every day (when one was on vacation the same substitute
took her place); never late to arrive.
They were relaxed, cheerful and helpful in every way and never in a rush to leave. In the last days they put on extra carers and visited more frequently, they pulled out all the stops to help me. I would highly recommend Everycare to anyone.
