Having had a difficult experience with a previous care provider, I was pleased to find Everycare had availability to care for my father who has dementia. They quickly set up a meeting with myself and my father to ascertain his needs. Everycare provided us with a small group of carers, essential for Dad's needs. So far the carers have been very kind and efficient.
Minor concerns have been dealt with swiftly and when you phone the office the staff are always willing to help.

Everycare helped me with one week's live-in care after my foot operation followed by one week's visiting care. I was very pleased indeed with all their arrangements and all the carers were well trained and very kind and helpful.

I have been very pleased and in admiration of the care, I have been given by Everycare Eastbourne. The carers have been punctual and efficient, entertaining if allowed and create a bit of fun. They have been well supported by their HQ and I feel secure in the care of the agency.

I am very happy with all the carers that visit me and for what they do. They are all very polite and friendly and helpful and I am very lucky to be able to have them all. Also, the telephone staff is very pleasant and helpful whenever I ring.
