Care Field Supervisor

Inna Care Ltd is looking for a compassionate, confident and motivated Care Field Supervisor to join our growing team.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys leading by example, supporting colleagues and ensuring that service users receive the highest standard of care.

You will play a key role in supervising our care team, maintaining service quality and supporting the smooth running of our domiciliary care services.

The position combines 20 hours of field supervision and 20 hours of direct care per week, allowing you to develop your leadership skills while remaining involved in hands-on care.

Key Responsibilities

• Staff Supervision: Conduct regular spot checks, monitor staff performance and provide constructive feedback and guidance.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure care is delivered safely, compassionately and in accordance with individual care plans and CQC standards.
• Team Support: Mentor new and existing Care Workers, support inductions and identify training and development needs.
• Care Monitoring: Review Careberry records, care notes, visit attendance and medication documentation to maintain accurate records.
• Operational Support: Work closely with management to monitor rotas, address staffing concerns and maintain continuity of care.
• Safeguarding and Compliance: Identify and report risks, incidents or concerns while promoting safe working practices.
• Direct Care: Deliver high-quality, person-centred care during allocated care visits, leading by example.

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in domiciliary care, ideally in a senior or supervisory capacity.
• Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.
• A caring, patient and professional approach.
• Good understanding of safeguarding, care standards and person-centred support.
• NVQ/RQF Level 3 in Adult Care or willingness to work towards it.
• Confidence using digital care systems and completing accurate documentation.
• Full UK driving licence and access to transport preferred.
• Flexibility, reliability and the ability to work independently.
