Pay: £12.71–£14.00 per hour + mileage paid
Location: Domiciliary care (Coventry)
Contract: Zero-hours (flexible working)

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Health Care Assistant (Driver), your role will include:

·  Supporting clients with personal care (washing, dressing, toileting)

·  Helping with meals, medication, and mobility

·  Providing companionship and emotional support

·  Encouraging independence and confidence

·  Following personalised care plans

·  Keeping accurate care records

·  Travelling between clients’ homes using your own vehicle

Who We’re Looking For

This role is perfect for you if you are:

·  Caring, patient, and dependable

·  A good communicator with good written and spoken English

·  A driver with a license and your own car

·  Passionate about helping others

Experience in care is welcome, but not essential full training will be provided for the right person.

Training & Development

We provide all mandatory training and ongoing support. You’ll have opportunities to gain recognised qualifications and develop your skills throughout your time with us.
