We’re growing our care team in County Durham and are looking for caring, reliable people who want a rewarding role where they can truly help others.

Work available in the following villages within: Consett and surrounding areas

Responsibilities for the role required are:

• Promote independence, caring for the service users within their own home.
• Assist in the support of personal care tasks; bathing, continence care, pad changes.
• Maintain a safe, enjoyable home environment for the service users by assisting with basic domestic tasks.
• Preparing meals, snacks and drinks to help sustain the service users nutrition and hydration needs.
• Communicate effectively with service user, next of kins and other medical professionals to ensure a high quality service to all.
• Identify and report any concerns in relation to a service users safety, wellbeing and welfare.

Along with a dedicated and positive attitude, we also require a clear Enhanced DBS alongside two satisfactory references.
