EDS Homecare was inspected by the Care Quality Commission between 12 February and 6 March 2026, and we are proud to have been rated Outstanding overall, placing us among just 2.12% of adult social care providers.
This achievement reflects the dedication of our carers and management team, whose hard work, compassion, and behind-the-scenes support make high-quality care possible every day.
The inspection highlighted our person-centred approach, with CQC noting that staff know people “exceptionally well,” respond quickly to changing needs, and deliver highly personalised, proactive care. Clients shared that they feel valued as individuals, with support tailored to their routines, preferences, and goals.
We were also recognised for our strong, inclusive culture—prioritising staff wellbeing, open communication, and continuous development. Our leadership, training, and mentorship programmes were praised, alongside our compassionate end-of-life care and commitment to innovation, including flexible live-in care options.
This Outstanding rating reflects the collective effort, care, and integrity of the entire EDS Homecare team. While we celebrate this milestone, we remain committed to continuously improving and delivering exceptional, person-centred care for everyone we support.
