My father had a stroke in late 2021 which paralysed his right side. He spent some time in hospital, and then a care home. He detested both. His greatest wish was to end his days in his own home and Angel Carers made this possible.
Angel provided a live-in carer from April 2022 until Dad died in
November 2025. There were of course some bumps in the road, it is very hard to find someone who is the perfect fit to live with and look after someone 24x7, but Angel managed this with tact and diplomacy.
Since Feb 2023 Dad was cared for by Cindy and she was truly sent from heaven. Cindy would chat with Dad when he wanted to, watch a TV show together, or leave him quiet when that was his wish. She was always competent, unflustered and calm, a lovely person. Dad and Cindy shared many laughs together right up to the end.

My father has twice weekly visits from Angel Carers for cleaning and washing. The carers are always on time, are cheerful and helpful and chat to him which he really values.
Angel staff are very well trained in first aid CPR and use of a defibrillator. I have seen an occasion when this was
necessary and was done calmly and competently

I use angel carers to help look after my mum with dementia. They have been doing daily visits to her house for nearly a year now and they have been outstanding. All the carers and office staff are all very friendly and helpful. They are great at communicating and use an app to provide us detailed
info each time they come over to the house so I can keep up to date with how my mum is doing and what she has been up to. They will also not hesitate to pick up the phone if they think there is something you need to know. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for care or assistance.

My uncle has been supported by some kind and caring people. Nothings to much trouble and always a smile.

This is the first time my 92yr old Mum has had any care. I set it up due to being away for a few weeks. I have to say I was very nervous about this as Mum only agreed to placate me.
One month on and I'm pleased to report it has been a great success.
All carers have been so friendly and just been a
gentle check to ensure she is coping. They have done this without Mum feeling there is any intrusion in her daily living.
Thank you to you all, it has given peace of mind. Now I am back home Mum and I have decided to continue with your support.

After a disappointing experience with another care company that failed to attend on time with minimal interaction with client, it was a wonder to have Angel Carers attend with respect, good humour and capable staff. The attention to detail and personal report with the client is a delight. Truly

Angel Carers have been a godsend to our family. We were struggling to find care for our mother but at the end of March 2023, they managed to set up a domiciliary rota initially starting at three days and moving up to five days a week for five hours a day.
We cannot fault the carers, they have been
caring and compassionate and nothing is too much trouble. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

All my carers have been wonderful, willing and kind to me. Though I've been unwell a deal since getting out of hospital my new carers are outstanding, compassionate and calm. Being very independent, this is very important to me.

I have found that my friend has been treated with dignity and respect at all times. there were a few teething problems initially but were resolved and now I could not fault her care in any way. The client has had 24/7 care for a year and six months.

My wife has been in domiciliary care at our home from June 2022, so I have watched most of the care first-hand. I volunteered to cook our meals and dispense medicines. Apart from that, Angel Carers do everything else that my wife needs, including eye drops and hearing aids. A Sara Stedy is used to
transfer my wife between chairs and bed. There are four visits a day, and a weekly calendar is provided showing which carer is due next and at what time. They have never missed a visit.
The strength of Angel Carers lies in their staff. Management must choose their employees very carefully because they work well as a team and enjoy what they are doing. They are looking after my wife with interest and good humour, which crucially means we trust them. I am very glad we chose this company.

Angel Carers have consistently provided good care for my sister and take into account her personality and disabilities in providing the right carer for her. They are reliable and treat her with respect and understanding. The management team are always on hand to deal with problems.

For the last eight months, we have received a comprehensive, professional, warm, and caring service. Supporting my mum for an hour on a daily basis until her passing in February. The staff were also there to talk with, support and encourage my Dad who at ninety years of age was Mum's full-time
carer.
Angel Carers continue that support, as my dad continues to live at home interdependently with the early stages of dementia. An excellent service, thank you.

The carers have been uniformly kind and well-meaning and have looked after my mum very well. I know scheduling is difficult, but in an ideal world, the morning visit would have been earlier and the evening visit later. If that had been possible, the rating would have been “excellent “ rather than
“good”.
