Our objective is to provide person-centred care to all our clients which involves getting to know the client, not just with their care needs, but as a person. This enables us to provide a care worker who will interact and be able to offer support whether emotional or physical with kindness, understanding and respect.
Our management team work hard to ensure that packages of care are working by being visible and proactive which enables them to preempt any issues before they arise. They are available to all care workers, clients and their families, if they wish to contact them.

With over 35 years in the care sector, Kelly began her career at 15 years old, working part-time at a local care home while studying Health and Social Care – an experience that shaped her lifelong commitment to making a difference in people’s lives.
Kelly has worked in residential care, dementia and end-of-life support, adult autism services, elderly care, and has been a foster parent and a full-time carer for her grandmother and three autistic daughters. She has held various roles, including hands-on care assistant, to senior roles, including Deputy and Registered Manager, with two years in compliance from 2017.
At Angel Carers, Kelly serves as the Care Manager and is responsible for domiciliary and live-in care delivery, staff supervision, and ensuring that each client receives not only compliant care but also genuine support and respect.

Role:
Sue’s role within Angel Carers (UK) Ltd is to provide administrative and organisational skills within the office. Sue assists with scheduling of care, home assessments, care plans, auditing, recruitment and reviewing clients’ needs.
