Angel Carers continue that support, as my dad continues to live at home interdependently with the early stages of dementia. An excellent service, thank you.
Thank you for your review. Life can be hard at times. It is lovely to hear that we make our clients and their family's lives a little easier at a very difficult and sad time of their lives. It was an honour to look after your mum and we are happy to be supporting your dad as he continues to live at home.
They do a really great job.
Thank you for your review, at Angel Carers we pride ourselves on our staff. Their commitment to give all of our clients the best care possible. Ensuring that not only the best care is given but that it is delivered in a person-centred, caring and cheerful manner. Thank you for your kind words.
Can not explain just how happy we have been with the care provided for my mum by Angel Carers. They have provided live-in care and the Live-in Care Services Manager and the team have excellent communication from our first enquiry with the family and social care. They always look to accommodate mum's care needs and place appropriate carers for her needs. They have really taken away the stress and worry about mum and knowing the Live-in Care Services Manager always has mum's best interests and quality of life foremost in her decisions is brilliant and really lifts some of the burden of mum's dementia and care. The carers all seem to be appropriately placed for mum's needs and have been great to keep mum living at home where she wants to be around her family and in familiar surroundings.
Thank you for your review. At Angel Carers we pride ourselves on our communication with family and the care we provide. We take pride in the fact that we try our hardest to find the right care professional for each individual client's care requirements. Our office team understand the stress that...
My parents have received care, company and friendship from a wonderful live-in carer for more than 2 years now. She has been a godsend to the whole family, especially through the difficult weeks of lockdown. Sadly, my Mum passed away recently but the carer, through her meticulous care and attention, enabled Mum to remain at home in her own surroundings, which was a comfort to us all. The carer continues to look after Dad, encouraging him to be positive about life, whilst being very sensitive to his feelings of grief and loss. They often laugh together! When the carer has taken a well-earned break, the people who cover the work are capable and friendly and quickly develop a good relationship. Our wonderful carer is part of our family now and everyone enjoys her company and her cooking, especially Dad!
It has been a difficult time and I am delighted to hear that your care worker has so much care, attention to detail and empathy for Dad. The fact that Dad has still managed to laugh is a true testament to this. I look forward to supporting the care...
