I have been receiving care from APT staff for sometime now.
Due to their empathy and care, with the addition of physio treatment, I have progressed from being bed bound and in constant pain, to this week walking up and down stairs. I walk well with a frame as well.
I know I shouldn't name
individuals but I must mention the excellent care that I receive from Sweena and Gulmeet (sp) in particular and consider them my 'regular carers' knowing more about my care needs than I do at times!
I also receive regular care from Marlina (sp) and Pavan who are both great to see at the start and end of the day. I very much look forward to seeing familiar faces and definitely feel that this has contributed to my positive mobility progress.
As I pay in full for my care package, value for money is very important to me.

A big thankyou to all the girls and staff at APT care for the continued care of my Aunt.You always show her great respect and kindness.I would be lost without you all as I can only visit her twice aweek.

Just wanted to say a huge thank you to the care provided for my mum. All the carers maintained mums dignity and respect.
They were on time appropriately trained and took great care. I never felt the staff were rushing in any way. In the short time the care was provided to mum the staff got to know
mum really well and made sure she was left content and comfortable.
The staff were competent in giving the medication and referred to the records on their phone to check for any changes.
They always checked if there was anything else we needed doing before leaving.
We only had one isolated incident with a particular carer but that was no reflection on the rest of the staff who work so hard.
Thank you once again to all staff and management.

APT Care have been really great with my elderly Father who has had a stroke and has mobility issues. They even managed to find him Punjabi speakers, which was a bonus. They are kind, caring and treat him with respect and maintain his dignity.They help him with breakfast, heating up food and snacks
as well as helping him shower in the morning.The carers come in 4 times a day. Unfortunately we couldn't get the times we wanted. They come at 7 am, 11 am for lunch , 4 pm for evening and 6.30-7pm for bed time, which isn't ideal. The staff keep me informed of anything that crops up, which is very reassuring. APT have given us peace of mind.

My aunt has carers visit 4 times a day as she is bedriden most of the time.She is double incontinent .This is a horrible job for anyone, but the girls are always kind and treat her with respect, and she is spotlessly clean when ever I visit..I can check up on the APT log in site.anytime if I want to
see what she has had for lunch and if there are any concerns.The office staff are also very helpful if I have any problems.They contact me when ever they have any concern.Many thanks to Nikish,Sasi and the office girls at APT office in Luton.Also a big thankyou to Shumaila ,Ahraz, Syeda, Asrat, Lubna, Mandeep Leyla ,Akwinder, and any of the relief girls.

APT CARE has been improving it's standard from what I can see. The communication between ourselves and the staff also seems to be improving and long may it continue.
I am still waiting for additional feedback from my brother and sister in law and will let you know of any further information given
to me.

Very kind , reliable , caring uplifting carers . Always such a warm welcome in the morning . Show genuine care for the patient . Listened and were responsive to our request to move the visit to later in the morning .

I am fully satisfied with the care that we received from APT care. Carers are wonderful, they are on time, do their job nicely for my father. No concerns. I would like to mention one of the office staff Rubana who always hands on whatever we raise any concerns. She was friendly for the assessment
and handling care needs.

Since my father in law returned from his last bout of illness in hospital in March, he has been bed bound and requires 3 X2 people per day to help look after him. The help and assistant they have have him could not have been better. They take a great deal of care and attention in looking after him
and they always treat him as a human being and always talk to him. His needs are complex, not only his he bed bound, he must be 20 stone in weight and a dead weight, he also has a stoma and a catheter to be managed. If the staff are delayed they always ring us and let know when they're likely to arrive.
The people who look after him Im sure you'll be able find these for us and please thank them as well. Regards

I would like to comment about father, the usual carers they all great, excellent and they treat father with respect and love , especially one lady she is amazing we are so lucky to have her looking after father, she have a heart of gold I really feel that father in good hands when she is around
They all make father feel loved and have more than one daughter

I have been relying on this company for a few years and find them diligent, friendly, efficient and helpful. They do their jobs excellently, sometimes under difficult circumstances. Nothing is too much and their cups of tea are marvellous. 3 staff members in particular 10/10

We've had a wonderful experience with APT Care Ltd. The caregivers have been compassionate, professional, and incredibly attentive to my mother's needs. They treated her with kindness and respect, and it gave our family great peace of mind knowing she's in such capable hands. We're truly grateful

Carers are helpful and friendly. Respectful of our home. Converse well with the patient to ensure his needs are met. Very happy with this service.

I find APT both trustworthy and above all efficient in their delivery of my mother's (living with dementia) daily healthcare needs. They act respectfully towards my mother and also show respect in her living area. For the most part they keep regular times and always inform me if on occasion they may
arrive a little later. They are always cheerful and communicate well with my mother.

My wife has been receiving care from APT Care for nearly a year. The carers have been very helpful and friendly, especially the afternoon and evening team. We are both very happy with the care that my wife has received.

The carers are very helpful and attentive, they never fail to put a smile on my father's face. They are also very respectful to me and my family and communicate efficiently in regards to my father's care.
